A recruitment notification has been issued by Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) for filling up 2594 vacant seats of Assistant Surgeon post. According to this, online applications are being invited from qualified candidates through the notification No. – 10/2013 dated 21st June 2013. Educational Qualification: – Applicants should have completed MBBS Degree from any recognized Institution or University and registered as a Medical Practitioner with in the meaning of Madras Medical Registration Act 1914.
Salary: – Rs. 15600-39100/- with Grade Pay Rs. 5400/- per month.
Age Limit: – Applicants age should not be more than 35 years as on 01st July 2013.
Application Fee: – Applicants must pay Rs. 175/- (Rs. 50/- for Reserved Category Candidates) as application fee through Online.
Notes: – Those who have registered in the one time registration system and paid the application fee of Rs. 50/- and received the registration ID need not pay the application fee for a period of five years from the date of registration.
Selection Procedure: – Applicants selection will be based on Written Test and Interview.
